📦 Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy

⚠️ This is compulsory. No exceptions.

We kindly request all customers to record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening the parcel from the moment the sealed package is in hand.

Your unboxing video must show:

✅ The sealed parcel before opening

✅ The courier label / AWB number clearly visible

✅ The full opening process in one continuous shot — no cuts, no pauses

✅ The condition of the book immediately upon removal from the package

Why we ask this:

Our products are children's activity workbooks. Young children are naturally curious and may handle the book immediately upon delivery. To ensure fair resolution for both parties, an unboxing video is the only accepted proof for damage claims.

❌ Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

✅ We Accept Returns If:

1. Book arrived damaged or torn — with valid unboxing video proof

2. You received the wrong book — with valid unboxing video proof

3. Request made within 24 hours of delivery

❌ We Do Not Accept Returns If:

1. No unboxing video is provided

2. The book has been used or written in

3. Return is requested after 24 hours of delivery

4. Reason is a change of mind
