2. Our Products - All workbooks are designed for early childhood learning. Products are available as printed physical books. All content is original and copyrighted by D. Indhumathi under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India)

3. Orders & Payments - Orders are placed and payments are processed through Shoopy's platform. By placing an order, you agree to Shoopy's terms of sale. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability or incorrect pricing.

4. Delivery - We ship within India only. Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

5. Returns & Refunds - Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. Unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or wrong item claims. No returns accepted without valid unboxing video proof.
